CHINESE KUNG-FU FLICKS DUBBED IN VIETNAMESE

March 7, 2008 · Leave a Comment

We love our Chinese films dubbed over in Vietnamese. We’ll sit there and watch all 55 chapters of one series and then start another series that same night. It’s one of our many addictions. The drama, suspense, and romance keeps us so entertained that we’ll forget to eat, sleep, or even go to the bathroom. Our lives begin to revolve around these films, so much so that our daily conversations are about the characters in the story. We’ll even try to convince others to watch it, just so we have more people to talk about the film with. picture-12.jpg

FISH SAUCE aka NUOC MAM

March 7, 2008 · Leave a Comment

If you want to know what that secret ingredient is in our food that makes it so damn good… it’s fish sauce. Plain and simple….stank ass fish sauce. It’s what makes our cuisine so flavorful and keeps our breaths kickin’. We put it in just about everything we cook. We use it so much, that our moms buy fish sauce in boxes. Whenever you visit a Vietnamese family, check out in their garage or in that illegal storage house they built up in the backyard, chances are you’ll find not one, but two cases of fish sauce somewhere back there.
